I am an Ayurveda Relaxation Massage Therapist who specializes in relaxation and Ayurvedic massage. I completed my initial massage certification at the New Zealand College of Massage where I received an academic award of Excellence, and later completed a certification for Ayurvedic Relaxation Massage at Aithein Ayurveda Massage School  in India.

Ayurveda is not foreign to Sri Lanka though I was not aware of Ayurveda growing up back then. However, after many years as a Business Analyst, I felt I needed a change in career and wanted to leave the corporate world behind me. I decided to get into relaxation massage and completed the certification in 2014. That’s when I really got curious and interested in Ayurveda. Doing some research and talking to people in Sri Lanka, I got quite fascinated in this ancient natural healing method. So in 2018, I traveled all the way to India to follow a course in Ayurveda and got the certification in Ayurveda Relaxation Massage where I also received an academic award of Excellence. 

I take great pleasure in seeing my clients walking away completely relaxed and with a smile on their face. It is very important to me that my clients feel safe and comfortable during their visit. I take pride in always providing the best services for my clients.

Though I am originally from Sri Lanka - Pearl of the Indian Ocean, my family and I were always keen to experience a different culture and a country. In 1998, knowing kiwis to be quite friendly and warm, we came to New Zealand to work and tour the country for two years. We loved it so much that we eventually settled in a quiet beautiful suburb in Wellington and call New Zealand our home.
